What the program is

Finish Line Adjusters, LLC ("FLA") sends text message notifications to the independent adjusters and inspectors who contract with us to perform claim and inspection work. The program tells you when an inspection has been assigned to you, when an assignment has changed hands, and when a due date is approaching.

These are operational messages about work you have agreed to perform. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and the program is not open to the general public or to policyholders.

Who can participate

Participation is limited to adjusters and inspectors who have applied to the FLA roster or who perform claim and inspection work for us. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old.

How you opt in

You opt in on our roster form. You enter your own mobile number and check a box, unchecked by default, that reads:

If you already work with us and want notifications turned on, text START to our program number from the mobile number you want enrolled, or call us and we will send you the form link. Numbers are never added from any other source, and we never buy, rent, or import lists.

For every opt-in we record the mobile number, the date and time, the IP address the consent came from, and the exact wording of the box as it was shown.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how much work is assigned to you. Most participants receive fewer than ten messages per week. In a quiet week you may receive none.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. FLA does not charge for these notifications, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You may also call or email us and we will turn them off for you.

Replying STOP always stops the messages. Nothing in any agreement you have with FLA limits your right to opt out, and opting out never affects your standing on the roster.

Stopping texts does not affect your work. Assignments will continue to arrive by email and will continue to appear in the portal.

To start again after opting out, reply START, or contact us and we will turn them back on.

Supported carriers

The program is supported on major United States mobile carriers. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered; delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier's network and your device.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging service provider and your mobile carrier, and only as needed to deliver the messages you agreed to receive. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information generally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects the program, we will tell participants before it takes effect.
